  In consideration for my acceptance as a student/participant in the Online Spartan Drill Workout, I and for my heirs, executors and administrators, release and forever discharge Human Performance Consulting (HPC), from all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses which I may accure against HPC, its agents or assigns, arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in physical and mental training, instruction, participation, events or activities, including travel to or from such events or activities, and including injuries which may be suffered by me before, during or after the event or activity.  I further understand that this waiver includes any claims based on the negligence, either by action or inaction of HPC, its agents or assigns.
